The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data obtained in connection with the provision of content on the website.

Who is the Personal Data Administrator
The Administrator of Personal Data (hereinafter “Administrator”) is i-Sport. Personal Data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, in particular with the RODO, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
The Controller takes special care to respect the privacy of visitors to our website.

For what purpose the data are collected?
Personal data are collected when a User contacts us via the Contact Form. Providing data is voluntary, however it is necessary to use the services provided by us.
Legal basis for processing
During the use of the Contact Form data are processed, i.e. name, surname, e-mail address:
– as part of the legitimate interest to contact the person who sent a message using the Contact Form – Article 6(1)(f) RODO;
– within the framework of the legitimate interest connected with document archiving, statistics and possible claim – Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.
When you use the website, additional information is automatically collected (IP address assigned to your computer – external IP address of your Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, type and version of operating system). Navigation data, including information about links and references, may also be collected.
Who may process personal data
Personal data is processed by the Personal Data Controller and may be processed by subcontractors of the Controller .
Access to personal data
To personal data collected by i-Sport have direct access only to authorized employees of the Administrator after prior authorization. Data may also be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, in particular, the competent judicial authorities on the basis of applicable regulations.
Security
i-Sport uses security measures to ensure data protection against loss, misuse and alteration. i-Sport undertakes to protect Customer data in accordance with security and confidentiality standards.
Cookies, IP Address
The website uses files, so-called cookies. They are saved by the website software on the computer of the person visiting the website, if the Internet browser allows it. A cookie typically contains the name of the domain it came from, its “expiration time” and an individual random number that identifies the cookie.
Our software uses the following types of cookies:
1) Session cookies: when a particular browser session ends or the computer is turned off, the stored information is deleted from the memory of the device. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the computer of the visitors of the website.
2) Permanent cookies: they are stored on the hard drive of the Visitor’s computer and remain there until deleted. The mechanism of permanent cookies created by the website allows storing the data only with the Visitor’s consent (expressed for example by choosing the “remember me” option when logging in). In any other case, these files are not saved permanently.
The website uses external cookies to popularise the website by means of the social network Facebook.com (administrator of external cookies: Facebook Inc with headquarters in the USA or Facebook Ireland with headquarters in Ireland).

i-Sport may collect IP addresses of customers. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. Most providers assign your computer an address dynamically, it changes each time you connect to the Internet. For this reason, it is considered non-personally identifiable information. IP address is used by the site to diagnose technical problems with the site’s software, create analysis and statistics.
The website may contain links to other websites. XY is not responsible for the privacy protection rules applicable to such other websites. They may differ substantially from this Privacy Policy.
How long are personal data stored?
Personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the purposes of the processing or until an objection is raised if the basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator. Data are stored until the statute of limitations for possible claims or until the expiration of the obligation to store data under the law.
Rights of the website visitor
– The right to access their personal data and the right to request their rectification, erasure or restriction of their processing;
– The right to portability of personal data;
– The right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data – to the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on consent (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal);
– the right to object to the processing of your personal data – to the extent that the basis for processing your personal data is the premise of the Administrator’s legitimate interest;
– the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), if you believe that the processing of your data violates the RODO.
