Manager with over 15 years of experience in project management on the Polish and international market. From the very beginning of her education, she very consciously and consistently chose her fields of study, which eventually gave her a broad spectrum of knowledge and skills to create marketing strategies for offline and online projects. Her first and longest work experience in private banking sector taught her to pay attention to quality and details as well as a very high level of culture and professionalism in dealing with clients and business partners. From the very beginning of her career, she managed and created projects from scratch, which gave her a wealth of knowledge and experience. She used this to create her own business, which she has been successfully running and developing since 2015. It was then that she discovered her passion for sport and her interest in amateur sport as well as her desire to infect society with this passion. At each stage of her professional career, she has focused on the process of managing and motivating people. In her opinion, it is people who decide whether an idea, a project, a company will succeed and last for many years.

Associated with sport for most of his life. As a professional swimmer, he has won over 60 medals at the Polish championships in various age categories. As he says himself, the most important thing he has learnt from his sports career is the ability to work under pressure, setting ambitious goals and drawing up plans to achieve them. After finishing his swimming career, he studied Management at Leon Kozminski University and joined Legia Warsaw, where he became a member of the management board of the swimming section. He continued his career working for the Polish Triathlon Federation, where he was responsible for acquiring and cooperating with partners. He was also a contributor to da daily newspapers: Przegląd Sportowy and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, for which he reported on the most important sport events. The experience gained from his sporting and professional career to date allows him to combine emotions and sporting values with the market’s business needs. He has the ability to look at sport both as a participant, supporter and manager. This helps him to devise solutions that meet the expectations of all parties. Privately – a thrill-seeker. In the past, he organised freeride trips to the Himalayas and the Caucasus mountains. During these trips he learned how to keep his cool in the most extreme conditions. Currently, he is perfecting this skill as a happy father of two children.

Everything she has achieved professionally and privately has been possible thanks to her hard work, commitment and a focus on listening and learning from each other. She has been involved in the event production industry for 16 years, which, thanks to its versatile nature, has developed her into a one-band-woman. She can plan an electrical and water system, she knows the types of power sockets, she can write and direct a script for an event in cooperation with popular hosts, she can guide a client to ensure that their money is invested in the best possible way, she can negotiate the best contracts and she can draw up and process paperwork and documents. Her professional path is interesting and varied. She started as an event manager in one of the largest events agencies and ended as a director managing the organisation of events. She was then in charge of event production, followed by supervision on the client side of the banking sector. As part of new challenges, she refocused her activities towards marketing and communication to a premium private banking client. Today, she applies her experience as a project director. What unites these tasks and paths is the use and perfecting of key features in service and customer relations, i.e.: the ordering of multi-threaded activities, logical thinking and action, but also openness and flexibility in choosing means, composure and the ability to make decisions in high-risk and crisis situations. Above all, loyalty and customer care. Privately, she is a lover of sustainable living, nature and the world she feels part of. She cherishes inner peace, joy and mindfulness. She loves spending time actively with family and friends, travelling, creating beautiful signs and writing with a fountain pen.

Lukasz is a former professional swimmer who represented Poland at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. He has repeatedly competed in the finals of World and European Championships. During his professional sports career he won over 200 championship titles and set over 30 national records. Thousands of hours spent training both at home and abroad have taught him to be persistent in his pursuit of goals. Thanks to his participation in numerous events with an audience of several thousand people, he has developed composure in dealing with extreme emotions. For many years he worked at the orthopaedic clinic Carolina Medical Center, in the administration department as Sports Manager. He was responsible for providing services to athletes of the Olympic team and relations with sports clubs all over the world. He led projects related to the organisation of physiotherapist training and anti-doping education. Working with athletes has taught him to be creative, responsible and focused.
